Purpose
All donations made to Gurudwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha – Ramesh Nagar are used solely for religious, charitable, and community welfare activities, including Langar Seva, Education Support, Gurdwara Maintenance, Building Development, and Karah Prasad.
Voluntary Contributions
All donations are voluntary and made with the donor’s full consent. Donors are encouraged to give from the heart in support of Sikh values and seva (selfless service).
Donation Methods
We accept donations through online payment gateways, bank transfers, cash, cheque, and UPI. All online payments are processed securely.
Use of Funds
Funds are utilized as per the purpose selected by the donor or allocated to the area of most need. We ensure transparency in usage and maintain proper records.
Receipts and Acknowledgment
Donors receive a digital receipt via email. If not received, donors can request one by contacting us.
Tax Exemption
Currently, donations are not eligible for tax exemptions under Section 80G. If this changes, we will update our donors.
Refunds
Donations are non-refundable except in cases of genuine errors (refer to our Refund Policy).
Donor Privacy
We respect your privacy. Donor information is kept confidential and not shared with third parties.
